Come to beautiful Crestline California, where you are above the clouds but down to earth! You are truly at a different pace of life living in and visiting the Lake Gregory community. Crestline is the first town in a string of lakes up here in the San Bernardino mountains. Beginning in the West, there is Lake Silverwood, Lake Gregory, Lake Arrowhead, GrassValley Lake, Green Valley Lake, Arrowbear Lake, Big Bear Lake, and Baldwin Lake. There is a host of outdoor activities available, such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, trail running, and more.

Crestline is slower and more relaxed than the race going on down the hill. When you finish your day and begin the drive up to Crestline, you feel the temperature cooling, the air getting clearer and fresher, and the tension you've been carrying around in your shoulders relaxing. When you get to the Crestline Cutoff and see the smog down below that you've been breathing in on a regular basis, suddenly life seems clearer and makes more sense being up here in this beauty.

In Crestline, you are surrounded by trees of all shapes and sizes: flowering dogwoods, cedars, pines, aspens, maples and more. When the breeze blows through the leaves and needles you hear a whispering sound as the wind travels through the trees. At night you see stars in the heavens that you didn't know were there living down the hill because of the light pollution.

What price, for peace and quiet?

Crestline is very affordable, and since it takes 15 minutes to get to the bottom of the hill, we are commuter friendly. With the opening of the 210 freeway, you can go all the way from Pasadena to Paradise in about an hour!

There are many opportunities up here in real estate. You can purchase a home for full time, part time, vacation rental, or full time rental. There are many great parcels of land available, many with gorgeous views of Lake Gregory. Buy land...they aren't making any more of it (except in Hawaii and certain islands in the South Pacific!)
